Tomer Tal Architect, LLC is a New York City–based architecture practice specializing in high-end residential design.
I approach architecture with the belief that every successful project begins with attentive listening. Each home is shaped not only by a client’s needs and aspirations, but also by the particular qualities of the space itself. My aim is to create environments that feel intuitive, personal, and quietly expressive—spaces defined by clarity, proportion, and thoughtfully layered detail.
I hold a Master of Architecture degree from Pratt Institute and bring over two decades of experience in high-end residential architecture. Over the years, I’ve developed a comprehensive understanding of New York City’s regulatory landscape, including co-op and condominium board approvals, DOB permitting, and LPC review. I guide clients through every phase of the process—from early concept and team assembly to the final walk-through—with clarity, efficiency, and care.
I’ve had the privilege of working alongside acclaimed interior designers such as Mark Cunningham, Penny Drue Baird, Cullman & Kravis, Eve Robinson, Joshua Smith, and Husband-Wife—and I always welcome new creative partnerships. I also maintain close relationships with exceptional contractors, consultants, and artisans, ensuring that each element of a project is executed with precision and care and remains true to its original intent.
As a sole proprietor, I’m personally involved in every aspect of the work. This allows me to offer clients a rare level of focus and responsiveness—an approach that often proves more nimble and attentive than larger, more layered firms. My goal is not only to create gracious and inviting homes, but to guide my clients through what can be a complex process with clarity, confidence, and ease. I hope that when a project is complete, my clients feel a quiet satisfaction—that they’ve been heard, protected, and supported, and that the result is not only a well-crafted home, but a rewarding experience.
